The situation on the present crewing market has led to the creation of an efficient company covering the traditional maritime region of south-eastern Russia.
«Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel» (Barber Manning) was established in July 1999 by "Barber International" of Norwegian "Wilh. Wilhelmsen" group to provide manning services to Wilhelmsen Ship management to direct external clients world-wide.
«Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel» (Barber Manning) has the activities of selection, training and employment of the qualified and competitive Russian officers, ratings and cadets for different kinds of vessels with specialization on the tanker market.
We operate in the port of Novorossiysk - the biggest Russian port on the Black Sea and traditional maritime region of south Russia where more than 20.000 seafarers available.
We hold the necessary state licenses and permissions and have all necessary facilities to attend formalities with regard to recruitment, visas, training, travelling and all other related to crew activities. We have ISO 9002 quality system in place, which is confirmed by Russian Ministry of Transport.
